Both Cash and Open bars are available.  Cash Bar allows guests to purchase their own drinks and the Open Bar provides services at the expense of the host.

Choose any domestic brand or a specialty from the New Glarus Brewing Company.

Chardonnay, White Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon by the carafe. We also have a large selection of fine wines and champagnes from our wine list.

Banquet & Catering Guidelines

Menu Reservations & Guarantees

  • Menu selections must be made within a minimum of two weeks prior to your event. Please note that we do not allow carry-in food.
  • A final guaranteed # of persons must be submitted three days prior to the event.  Final billing will reflect a minimum charge for the final guarantee called in to us, plus anyone over and above this number.
  • Due to Federal, State and local laws concerning food and beverage sales, no food or beverage prepared by the New Glarus Hotel, which remains uneaten during the event, may be removed from the premises, unless special arrangements are made in advance with the Chef.
  • A $40.00 per room clean-up fee will be added to your bill if confetti is used.

All food and beverage sales are subject to sales tax and a 15% service charge (unless the quoted price is described as "inclusive".)  Tax-exempt groups must submit a copy of their tax exemption certificate prior to their function.

Catered buffet dinners are based on a guest count of 150 or more.  We'll ask you to choose a limited amount of choices from the following list of items.  Please keep in mind that we are not limited to this list.  Please give us your ideas!
